On the 13th of this month,
the Democratic Peoples’ Council of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of NE Syria
ratified the new Social Contract.
The new Social Contract, comprising four main chapters and 134 articles.
Among the terms of the Social Contract are articles that guarantee the rights of all components in the region
and the historical values of ethnicities, nationalities, tribes, and clans
in a way that serves peaceful coexistence among all components of society
including Kurds, Arabs, Assyrians, Syriacs, Turkmen, Circassians, Armenians, Yazidis, Alawies, and others.
This Social Contract is considered the most suitable solution for Syrian crisis
To build a democratic, pluralistic, decentralized Syria.
